Our goal is to make your shopping experience smooth, fast, and reliable from checkout to setup.
Once your order is confirmed, our team will carefully prepare, package, and schedule your delivery with one of our trusted UK couriers.

🛠️ Basic Assembly Service – £14.99 (Optional at Checkout)
Make setup simple with our Basic TV Assembly Service, available across the UK.
Our professional delivery team will carefully unpack your TV, bring it to the room of your choice, and complete light assembly — so you can start enjoying your new purchase straight away.
This service includes:
✅ Attaching your TV securely to its stand
✅ Positioning it safely in your chosen room
✅ Removal and disposal of all packaging
(Please note: this service does not include wall mounting. Additional assembly options are available at checkout.)

Our delivery partners are a professional two-person team who will bring your item safely into your home, unpack it, and power it on for inspection.
Delivery Requirements
✅ Photo ID – The cardholder who purchased the item must present valid photo identification (Passport or Driving Licence).
✅ Proof of Address – A recent utility bill or business document must be shown to confirm the delivery address.
✅ Capable Person Present – Someone must be available to assist with inspection, confirm there is no damage, and sign for the delivery.
✅ Inspection on Arrival – The couriers will unpack the item, power it on, and allow you to check that it has arrived safely and in perfect condition before you sign.
✅ Delivery Note Signature – Once the item has been inspected and confirmed undamaged, you will be asked to sign to confirm safe receipt.
Please note: after the delivery note is signed, we cannot accept claims for physical damage or missing parts.
If you are unavailable for your arranged delivery, or if a delivery or collection is cancelled within 24 hours of the agreed time, a redelivery charge of up to £100.00 will apply.
Important Notes
1️⃣ We do not offer guaranteed specific-day delivery. Our courier will contact you directly to arrange a suitable date.
2️⃣ A responsible person must be present to inspect the item at the time of delivery.
3️⃣ Failed or missed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge of up to £100.00.
4️⃣ The couriers will unpack and power on the item to confirm it has arrived safely and without damage (this is the extent of their service).
5️⃣ If you selected assembly service at checkout, the couriers will assemble your TV as requested.
6️⃣ The customer is responsible for checking for any visible damage and assisting the delivery team with unpacking and repacking where necessary.
