Delivery Details For Large Heavy Items


Basic Assembly Service £9.99 – Other Options Available at Checkout

The delivery team will carefully unpack your TV and provide light assembly in the room of your choice. ~

This includes assembling your TV onto its stand and taking away all packaging,

(Does not include wall mounting)




Please note the following requirements when receiving delivery.

  • Photo ID of the cardholder who purchased the item. Passport / Driving licence
  • Utility Bill or Business documentation to confirm proof of address.
  • Items will be delivered by a two-man crew, they will unpack and power on, once inspected you will sign to say you are completely satisfied.
  • Capable person to check the item is not damaged in any way.
    Also to sign the delivery note to confirm the item is not damaged.
  • Please note, the courier will call and arrange a date directly with you.
  • After inspection and signing of the delivery note, you cannot claim for any physical damage or missing parts.
  • Re-Delivery costs will apply up to £100.00 if not home or cancelling a collection or delivery within 24 hours of collection / delivery time.

Important Notes

1) We do not offer specific day delivery. Customers are responsible for coordinating the delivery with the courier based on the couriers proposed date.

2) It is essential to have a capable person present during the delivery to inspect the TV for any damage.

3) In the event of a failed or missed delivery, a redelivery charge upto £100.00 will apply.

4) The couriers are instructed to unpack the TV and power it on for the customer to inspect for any damage and/or a broken screen. Please note that this is the extent of their service.

5) If you have paid for assembly through the checkout options before dispatch, the TVs can and will be assembled as per your request.

 6)  The responsibility lies with the customer to check for damage and assist the courier with unpacking and repacking the TV.
